Thank you to all of my guests who have dined at my small restaurant over the years! I look forward to sharing my love of fine Arabic cuisine with you through catering; I am currently not offering dine-in or takeout options.

I am Chef Ahmad Yasin. All my dishes blend the fresh healthful ingredients and exotic spices of gourmet Arabic cuisine with an original twist for the Western palate. I think of it as “Middle East meets West” cuisine, to be found nowhere else in the world.

All ingredients are fresh and prepared with the most treasured exotic spices. Many of our recipes are said to be handed down for a thousand years. Translated from the Arabic, Kareem means generous. Generous in spirit, in quality and in hospitality. That is my philosophy of life and in my kitchen. I look forward to meeting you!
